Due to serious flooding at the BOA Health Centre on Thursday 10 January some clinics week commencing 14 January 2019 are needing to be moved to one of our alternative Practice sites.

Bradford on Avon Health Centre - Monday to Friday 8.15am - 6pm (phone lines open 8.30am)

Winsley Health Centre - Monday to Friday 8.30am-1pm & 2pm-6pm

St Damian's Surgery - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm

St Margaret's Surgery - Clinics by appointment

We offer appointments outside the Practice's normal working hours for those patients who find it difficult to make appointments, due to work and family commitments.

During Extended Hours, patients have the opportunity to book a telephone consultation appointment with a Doctor.

Extended Hours telephone surgeries are held as follows:

Monday Evenings 6.30pm-8.00pm - at The Health Centre, Bradford on Avon

Monday Evenings 6.30pm-8.00pm - at St Damian's Surgery, Melksham

Tuesday Mornings 7.30am - 8.00am - at The Health Centre, Bradford on Avon

Telephone consultations are also available to be booked with a Doctor on any week day evening until 6.30pm. 

Please note: Extended Hours are for routine pre-booked appointments (either face to face or on the telephone) - if you have an urgent problem during these times - please see the 'when we are closed' tab above.
